Where does Beauteast ship?
Beauteast ships to selected international destinations. Available shipping countries and regions will be shown at checkout after you enter your address.
If your location is not currently available at checkout, please contact us and we will let you know whether we can arrange delivery to your region.
How long will it take to receive my order?

What materials does Beauteast use?
Beauteast uses selected jewelry materials such as stainless steel, 18K gold-tone PVD plating, sterling silver, copper alloy, cubic zirconia, pearls, and other design-specific materials.

How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid direct contact with water, perfume, sanitizer, lotion, chlorine, and household chemicals.
Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. After wearing, gently wipe it with a soft dry cloth and store it separately in a dry place.
Will gold-plated pieces fade over time?
Gold-plated and PVD-finished jewelry may naturally show changes over time depending on wear habits, skin chemistry, friction, storage, and exposure to water or chemicals.
Beauteast’s gold-tone PVD pieces are designed for better color retention under normal wear, but proper care is still important. Avoid heavy friction, impact, and contact with perfume, sanitizer, lotion, and household chemicals.
Are Beauteast pieces suitable for sensitive skin?
Many Beauteast pieces are designed with skin-conscious materials such as stainless steel or sterling silver, depending on the product.
However, everyone’s skin is different, and no jewelry can be guaranteed to be irritation-free for all wearers. If you have known metal sensitivities, please review the material information on each product page before ordering.
