Return & Refund Policy

At Beauteast, we want every piece to arrive in the condition you expected. If something is not right, please contact us and we will help you resolve it.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with any original tags or protective packaging, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Beauteast is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@chinasourcingcenter.com

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for earrings or pierced jewelry that have been worn, used, or removed from their protective packaging, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We also cannot accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Personalized or custom items
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, perfume, lotion, water exposure, or improper storage

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the eligible item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with any original tags or protective packaging, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
