Where does Beauteast ship?
Beauteast ships to selected international destinations. Available shipping countries and regions will be shown at checkout after you enter your address.
If your location is not currently available at checkout, please contact us and we will let you know whether we can arrange delivery to your region.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days after dispatch, but customs clearance, local courier delays, holidays, and peak seasons may affect the final delivery date.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order value, and available shipping options.
If Beauteast is running a complimentary shipping offer, the eligible order amount and region will be shown on the website or at checkout.
What payment methods does Beauteast accept?
We currently process payments securely through PayPal. You can complete your order using your PayPal account.
In some regions, PayPal may also offer card checkout without requiring a PayPal account. Available payment options will be shown at checkout.
What is Beauteast’s return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging. For hygiene and quality reasons, items that show signs of wear, damage, perfume, lotion, or improper storage may not be accepted for return.

What materials does Beauteast use?
Beauteast uses selected jewelry materials such as stainless steel, 18K gold-tone PVD plating, sterling silver, copper alloy, cubic zirconia, pearls, and other design-specific materials.
